Penonomé, Coclé, February 22, 2022

Prococlé, a family-owned company from the province of Coclé with over 50 years of experience in real estate development, has announced the launch of Nuevonomé, City Park, its most ambitious project to date. This development has been specially designed with the needs and quality of life of its clients in mind.

Given the increasing commercial, agricultural, human, tourism, and industrial activity energizing the outskirts of Penonomé and creating residential demand, Prococlé has embarked on an ambitious project. Nuevonomé combines a beautiful and diverse residential offering with a commercial design inspired by the colonial towns of Latin America. The entire development will be interconnected by plazas, parks, and pathways, creating a sense of community just steps away from schools, health centers, a chapel, police stations, community boards, and job opportunities.

During the launch event, Mr. Ricardo Healy, General Manager of Prococlé, stated: "We are confident that this project will generate employment and development, serve as a source of pride, and provide a tangible way to deliver well-being to families and the community that will grow around this spectacular project."

Additionally, Mrs. Nelly Healy, Finance Manager of Prococlé, emphasized: "The team at Prococlé has put in tremendous effort and care to develop a mixed-use project that places customer needs and quality of life at the forefront. Central to the project is the goal of fostering community and preserving the historical and cultural richness that characterizes Penonomé."

All developments will include wastewater treatment plants, wells, and water tanks to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 water supply. The project will also feature a central plaza with a park, gazebo, outdoor amphitheater, church, public offices, mini-market, public market, shops, restaurants, and more. It will include spaces that encourage community interaction, such as the outdoor amphitheater located in the park in front of the church, a plaza honoring national heroes to preserve the memory of historical figures, sports areas next to restaurant terraces, tree-lined pathways, and more.

The Master Plan unveiled during the launch includes four projects: Residencial Lajas (Social Housing), Villas de San Antonio, Brisas del Guacamaya, and Ribera de L’Angostura. The first two projects, Residencial Lajas and Villas de San Antonio, are already available for pre-sale.

... A project for a new Penonomé, living in Nuevonomé will feel like enjoying the tranquility of the past with all the amenities, comforts, and connectivity of the 21st century.
